Cashflow Planner
A free Android application for looking forward, not just looking back.
Having money today doesn't necessarily mean you can afford to spend it.
Most budgeting tools help you understand where money has gone. Cashflow Planner helps you anticipate where it is going. It is an existing, working personal finance application — not merely a budgeting concept or commentary.
See the consequences before you commit
Cashflow Planner combines regular income and expenditure with provision for less-frequent costs, such as annual insurance. It projects the resulting cash position into future months, helping reveal possible shortfalls while there is still time to act.
Considering a purchase, subscription, loan repayment or other commitment? Put it into the plan first and see what happens to your cashflow in the months ahead.
- Look ahead: see projected balances rather than only past spending.
- Allow for irregular bills: make provision for expenses that don't arrive every month.
- Test decisions: experiment with prospective commitments before making them.
- Keep plans private: the application can operate without linking a bank account or sharing hypothetical purchases.

Security and distribution
Uptodown publishes a security report for Cashflow Planner. For version 1.0.9, its report records a scan on 23 September 2026 by 76 antivirus engines, with no threats detected. This is reassuring evidence, although no scan can guarantee that software is entirely free of risk.
Cashflow Planner does not require a connection to your bank account. Uptodown also publishes the APK's SHA-256 fingerprint and certificate signature information so the downloadable file can be checked.
